This section applies to all content - documents, files, text, images, contracts, code, data - that the User or Client (the "User") submits to us via the Website (including the AI Demo page at xda.lv/en/demo), email, project channels, collaboration tools or in any other way related to our services (the "Submitted Content").
Submitted Content remains the property of the User or the original third-party rights-holder - we make no claim to it. The User grants us only a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to process, store, copy, display and share Submitted Content with our processors to the extent and for the time necessary to perform the service, comply with the law or protect our legitimate interests.
The licence ends when Submitted Content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (§ 11.3) or at the User's written request, unless law requires us to retain it longer.
By submitting content, the User represents and warrants that:

The AI Demo page (xda.lv/en/demo) is a public, free demonstration. Submitted text/PDF is processed and discarded in memory - not stored. However, you must not submit to the Demo page: (a) genuine commercial contracts containing third-party personal data without their consent; (b) state secrets or confidential commercial information; (c) any unlawful content. For confidential documents, sign a separate service agreement with us and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Outputs, analyses and results of our AI solutions (including the AI Demo page) are for information and guidance only. They:
The User assumes full responsibility for any decision made on the basis of AI outputs. We accept no liability for damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs without verification by a qualified professional.

Our total liability to the User in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service in the preceding 12 months (for Demo page users - GBP 0 / EUR 0, as the service is free).
These limitations do not apply to: (a) damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence; (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for consumers).
